• Timothy M. Klusas – President
– Mr. Klusas was appointed as President in March 2005. Most recently, Mr. Klusas served as a Manager in Corporate Development and Planning for Eaton Corporation, where he supported global acquisitions, divestitures and joint ventures, as well as strategic planning. A graduate of the University of Notre Dame, Klusas holds an MBA from Cornell University's S.C. Johnson Graduate School of Management, where he was a Park Leadership Fellow and the winner of the Kiplinger Prize for Distinction in the Study of Business Administration.

• Ronald D. Verzone, CFP LTCP – Chairman of the Board of Directors
– Mr. Verzone is a frequent international speaker and author. Mr. Verzone's career includes: Past Chairman of the National Association of Independent Life Brokerage Agencies; Past President of Sub Centers, Inc.; On the Board of Directors for Life and Health Foundation for Education (LIFE); Membership in the AALU and the National and Local Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors; the General Agents and Managers Association; the Boston Estate Planning Council; and the International and New Hampshire Association of Financial Planners.
• Edward R. Murray - Treasurer/Director
- Mr. Murray has been Treasurer of the Company since 1996. He has extensive experience in the insurance and finance industries, including membership in the National Association of Health Underwriters and Sub Centers, Inc. Mr. Murray is a past Chairman of the National Association of Independent Life Brokerage Agencies. He is a member of the VFW, the Vietnam Veterans of America and the 11th Armored Cavalry, Veterans of Vietnam & Cambodia.
• Gary W. Glassford – Secretary/Director
- Mr. Glassford has served as the president of the Glassford Agency, Inc., located in Phoenix, Arizona since 1970. Mr. Glassford has served as the President of the Scottsdale Association of Life Underwriters, the Secretary of Brokers Health Insurance Network, Inc., and the President of the Sub Centers, Inc. While serving with the 1st Air Cavalry Division in Vietnam, Mr. Glassford received the Vietnam Service Cross, National Defense Medal, Bronze Star with V and 49 Air Medals. He is a Member of the National Helicopter Pilot Association.
• Jim Stewart – Vice President/Director
- Mr. Stewart is the President of Insurance Marketing Concepts, Inc. He is a member and past President of Sub Centers, Inc. Additionally, Mr. Stewart is a member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors, the Broker Health Insurance Network, the Big I Independent Insurance Agents and National Association of Independent Life Brokerage. He is a former member of the Board of Directors for the Professional Insurance Agents of North Carolina.
• Arthur C. Jetter, Jr., CLU CFP RHU FLMI REBC
– Mr. Jetter entered the insurance industry in 1974. He is past President and member of the National Association of Health Underwriters, member of the Society of Financial Service Professionals and the Society of Underwriting Brokers, is a Founding Member of The Brokers Health Insurance Network and a former Chairman of the National Association of Independent Life Brokerage Agencies. In 1979 he formed Art Jetter & Company and several years later added Employers Mutual Acceptance Company, both of which he presently serves in the capacity of President. Mr. Jetter has been a member of several Nebraska state commissions working on health care and Medicare reform. He is a highly decorated Vietnam veteran with 1,032 helicopter gunship combat missions.
• Jack Dewald, CLU RHU
– Mr. Dewald is the President and Owner of Agency Services Inc. located in Memphis, TN, with a branch sales office in Birmingham, AL. Among his many achievements, Mr. Dewald is past Chairman and Director of the National Association of Independent Life Brokerage Agencies, Regional Vice President of the Tennessee Association of Life Underwriters and a member of the National Association of Insurance & Financial Advisors. A graduate of the University of Arkansas, he is active in community and civic affairs as a Trustee of The Wesley School, a member of the Memphis (Downtown) Rotary Club and is currently Director of the NAILBA Charitable Foundation.
• Joe Epley, APR, Fellow PRSA*
- Mr. Epley is a senior public relations consultant and a co-founder of the Worldcom Public Relations Group, a consortium of independent public relations firms located in 36 different countries. After working as a television journalist for ten years, he founded his own public relations firm in Charlotte, NC which grew to be one of the most prominent independent firms in the South. It operated the North Carolina Insurance News Service for 25 years. In 2005, he sold the firm 38 years after its founding. Mr. Epley has held numerous high-ranking positions in national and international professional organizations, and has lectured from Argentina to Russia. In honor of his accomplishments, he was elected to the University of North Carolina's PR Hall of Fame in 1991, and is a past winner of the Charlotte Public Relations Society's Infinity Award for Outstanding Contributions to the Profession. He is heavily involved in civic affairs, and served many charitable and community organizations including the Charlotte Chamber of Commerce, Salvation Army and the Environmental Leadership Center, among others. He's also an Army veteran and former Green Beret.
• Peter Milnes*, CPCU CIC
– Mr. Milnes has more than 25 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry. From 1985-1995, He served as President of The Insurance Exchange, one of New England’s largest independent insurance agencies. From 1995 to 2000, Mr. Milnes served as Chairman and CEO for USI New England, the regional office for USI Holdings Corporation (NASDAQ: USIH), an insurance and financial services firm providing distribution of general and specialty property and casualty insurance and financial services such as employee benefits outsourcing and related consulting. During his tenure with the Company, Mr. Milnes expanded the regional office over 100% through acquisitions and internal growth. Mr. Milnes is a licensed insurance broker in 11 states and in Canada. He is currently an Executive Board Member of the Whittemore School of Business and Economics at the University of New Hampshire.
• KV Dey*
- Mr. Dey graduated from the University of New Hampshire after returning from World War II where he served in the Marine Corps. During the next 25 years he had a distinguished business career of increasingly important positions with the Minute Maid and Coca Cola Companies. He then went on to senior management positions with the Ligget Group, and served as President for 4 years before retiring in 1990. He has also served on several Boards of Directors, including General Telephone and Electronics and CCB Financial Corporation. Mr.Dey continually applied his skills and knowledge to many charitable and civic organizations, including Chairmanships in the Durham NC Arts Council, Durham NC Chamber of Commerce, NC Triangle Community Foundation and the University of New Hampshire Foundation for ten years. He is presently involved in many organizations, including Durham Technical College.
